A: Voting is important to the Server and its community. As we move up in rank, we increase in traffic, thus getting new members to join. This in turn creates growth in the community and population, as well as potential donors who keep the server running with their donations.

A: on our 3.x.x realms, you can spend your Realm Points at any Ploutos, or Realm point vendors. On our 2.4.3 realm, Captured souls are redeemable at any Thanatos vendor ingame.

A: Firstly, make sure you check your ingame mail at the nearest mailbox. Secondly, make sure when you enter your account/character name it is entered correctly. If you voted for 3.x.x see PLOUTOS ingame and reload your account points.

A: Click the "VOTE" link on th top menu bar. Depending on whether you are voting for 2.4.3 or 3.x realms, choose your voting box accordingly.
If you are voting for your 3.x.x account, enter your account name in the box provided and click 'vote' beside it. You will be redirected to xtremetop100. Enter the captcha exactly how it is shown. If you cannot read it, there is a refresh botton on the captcha box. Once you enter the captcha, click Vote for Underworld.
If you are voting for 2.4.3, enter the CHARACTER name you want your captured souls to go to in the box provided and click 'vote' beside it. You will be redirected to xtremetop100. Enter the captcha exactly how it is shown. If you cannot read it, there is a refresh botton on the captcha box. Once you enter the captcha, click Vote for Underworld.

A: We hand pick our coadmins from Platinum GM's on all realms. As a platinum GM, you would have the most helpful commands readily available to you, and should you set your goal to become a staff member, how you utilize your platinum GM will be the criteria used to choose the next Co-admin.

A: Owners and staff feel that our rewards are of the best value. You may very well go to other private servers and be asked to donate in upwards of hundreds of dollars on a gearset or weapon that can become outdated, or severely overpowered. Here in the underworld, we offer items that are available for Captured souls or Realm points, both of which can be obtained through donating or voting, thus balancing the system and allowing all players to be able to obtain the same thing. However, on 2.4.3 the only way to become a Gm is through donating, whereas on the 3.x realms, you can use realm points to become a Gm as well as purchase a wide variety of items.

A: Unfortunatley, no. although we understand there are people with the skills and abilties to function as an effective GM, we only permit donors or voters to become GM's. Those who donate have an immediate collateral of trust offered between them and the Underworld. In addition, The Underworld survives on its donations, as well as its rank on Xtremetop100. Offering a Gm application system would undermine the very system that keeps this server open.

A: All violations committed by a GM account are considered actions taken by the GM account holder. We cannot verify who is at the keyboard when an infraction occurs. In addition, GM's are responsible for their account information and its security. "It wasn't me" is simply not an acceptible response.

A: If you are a GM and have violated a rule, or numerous rules, we will temporarily remove your Gm abilities for a specified duration, typically 3, 5, 7, or 10 days. these durations are decided by the admin and can be shorter or longer than the mentioned examples. GM's are permitted 3 suspensions on their accounts history. A 4th suspension will result in permanent removal of GM commands.

A: Every command entered by a Gm is logged. Our Admins review this log daily/weekly for rule violations. We make our judgements based on this review minding accidental misuse of commands. All GM's can use the .logcomment command to note any accidents in their log. Based on what we find in these logs, we may issue suspensions of gm abilities for varied durations depending on what was done and how many prior suspensions an account has.

A: Donations make up a percentage of our total cost to run our website, forum, and server. Fee's include hosting costs, upgrades, bandwidth, and labor services for development. Total costs can run anywhere between $1000.00 and $3,000.00 a month, so any donations are greatly appreciated.

A: On 2.4.3, you would simply donate the difference. If Gold is $75.00, and platinum is $125.00, donating $50.00 (silver) would make up the difference bringing the total to $125.00 for platinum. You would need to email mirandaswow@gmail.com with all transaction id numbers totaling this amount to receive the proper upgrade.
On the 3.x realms, the difference in points is already automatically shown to you via Ploutos.

A: Email mirandaswow@gmail.com with the transaction id, and email used to donate. In most cases, non receipt is due to a failure of entering in a character name on the donation panel.

A: Because this process is not instant, it must be manually applied to your account. To receive such abilities, simply email mirandaswow@gmail.com with your transaction id found on the receipt from paypal, and your ACCOUNT name.

A: If you donated and chose to receive Realm points or captured souls, simply go ingame on the character you entered in the donation panel box and go to the nearest mailbox. Once there, you should see your Realm points or captured souls. Loot them, and enjoy spending them!

A: GM abilities apply to your entire account. Therefore, any character made on that account would aquire the same GM abilties.

A: Simply click on the "DONATIONS" link in the top menu bar. Make sure you read the disclaimer FIRST prior to continuing on. Should you agree, you will be sent to the Donation Panel where you choose the realm you wish to donate to, as well as the reward you would like in return. Make sure you enter your character name. This is a vital part of the donation process because if you donate for points on the 3.x realms, or captured souls on 2.4.3, the points or souls will be mailed to that character ingame.

A: Notify a coadmin or admin PRIVATELY as soon as possible. We have no tolerance for hackers, and if you enjoy a stable server, it is important that hackers are reported immediatley.

A: To maintain some order, a game is defined by its limitations. If they aren't there, then it is no longer fun. We stress the Underworld to be a family oriented server safe for kids and adults of all ages. We incorporate rules to ensure a fun environment that everyone can enjoy. Being that we are a private community, rules are important to maintain order so that we can grow as a positive, helpful, and friendly community.

A: Some spells may not work as intended and may be disabled until they are fixed. If a spell cannot be fixed, it may remain disabled, and looked at again at a later date.

A: This is comparible to deleting cookies. It is commonly used when a character becomes 'bugged' or certain aspects of our realms are not working for you. For example, you may notice an item on the Underworld being a copy of an item on another server, and you cannot equip it. By logging completely out, opening your WoW folder, and deleting your 'cache' folder, you are ridding the 'memory' of these details. As soon as you log back in, the cache is recreated as a clean slate. This does not harm your game or your system.

A: Our server operates under a different realmlist than all servers. in order to be able to login to the Underworld, your realmlist must be changed to an Underworld realmlist.

A: Simply click the "ACCOUNT" link in the top menu bar. From there, you choose your desired user login and password. You will also be prompted to enter an email address. For account purposes, we urge you to use a "live" email address for any account issue that may arise.
