Donations are NON REFUNDABLE in the following situations:

-server crashes

-server downtime

-boredom

-stolen account due to trading

-banned for rule violations

-suspended for violating Gamemaster rules

-modifications to the server including but not limited to character wipe, gear modification, account modification etc.

-changes made to command permissions/strings

-changes made to the gift

-not receiving your gift

-dissatisfaction with server, website, forum, staff, players

-server abandonment (leaving Underworld Private Gaming for any reason)

-personal financial situations

You agree that you are the paypal, bank account, checking account, or credit card owner, and are in charge of the decisions made regarding said accounts. Should this be untrue, you agree that you have full permission from said owner to donate to Underworld Private Gaming, and that the owner is fully aware of the donation and the terms of this disclaimer. Should an attempt be made to forcefully remove the donation from Underworld Private Gaming, all accounts associated with the donor will be permanently banned from all areas of Underworld Private Gaming. Any violation of this disclaimer will result in immediate and permanent removal of all accounts associated with the donor.

By donating to Underworld Private Gaming you are agreeing that the money you give is to be recognized as a donation or a gift, and not as a payment. You will receive a pre-determined gift in exchange for your donation as our way to say thank you. Should you not receive your gift within 24 hours of your donation, it is your responsibility to email Underworld Private Gaming at: Persephone@uwgaming.com inquiring about your gift that you did not receive. If no email is received, the donation is to be accepted as a gift of generosity with nothing expected from Underworld Private Gaming in return.

You agree that by donating, you have read and understood this disclaimer, and are aware that should you attempt to chargeback your donation for ANY reason, that will be permanently removed from Underworld Private Gaming website, forum, and gaming servers. It is encouraged to contact the administration of this site if you have any issues, questions, or concerns with your donation.

YOU MUST USE YOUR REAL AND LEGITAMATE EMAIL ADDRESS WHEN USING PAYPAL. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A REVERSAL OF THE DONATION FROM UNDERWORLD PRIVATE GAMING BACK TO THE DONOR. THIS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE BANISHMENT AND REMOVAL OF YOUR ACCOUNT AND IP FOR THE WEBSITE, FORUM AND ALL GAMING SERVERS.
